February 2, 2023 Everyone I meet feels unsettled about the future. Climate change and economic instability, personal health and racial justice, global pandemic and political upheaval drive conversations and distort dreams of what is to come. How do we prepare for a future we cannot predict or control? Adaptive Action! WHAT are the current patterns and what possibilities hide there? SO WHAT can our collective experience and intelligence teach us?  NOW WHAT are options for action today to create the tomorrow we desire? Join the HSD Global Community to explore what is possible when we: see patterns clearly, seek to understand, and act with courage to transform turbulence and uncertainty into possibility for all.
March 21, 2024 April Schnell is a career development specialist who discovered the HSDI community in 2020 and became an HSD Associate. April shared her application of the HSD worldview to career development and describe work as an ongoing pattern of exchanges between an individual and his or her work. She uses the identification of patterns of flow, attunement, and intention of purpose with clients to help them identify what is fit for function while recognizing that individuals and the nature of work continue to change. April announced a professional development group that she and Janice Ryan, another HSD Associate, are starting for professionals (coaches, therapists, teachers, doctors, etc.) who use HSD with individuals they serve. The session engaged the HSD global community for input on how its Simple Rules can be used to set generative conditions for HSD experiments (like hers with the professional development group) during the 2024 transition year. How can we create a coherent and thriving network?

You know coalitions are necessary, and you know they are hard to create and sustain. How can you build adaptive coalitions? HSD helps you create momentum for change across each network you touch.
